  • Interest in Additional Program Offerings

As Eagle Mount grows to serve more of the community, we are expanding our lesson and ski day offerings. We would like to see if there is interest in additional skiing and snowshoeing opportunities. For all of these events, the participant must be able to be outdoors for multiple hours, and either provide their own appropriate winter gear or request it from Eagle Mount.
  • Night Skiing and Snowshoeing

We are going to be offering Night Skiing at Crosscut Mountain Sports Center on alternating Thursdays throughout the winter. There is a 3.0 kilometer lighted trail.

We will also offering snowshoeing by headlamp on the Narrow Gauge trails!

Night skiing will be weather dependent, and cancelled if it is too cold.

The loop is sit-ski accessible. Accessible transportation will be available on a limited basis.

  • In addition to night skiing, we will be offering four adventure days to our programming this winter. Transportation will be provided but may be limited depending on the number of participants interested.

Ski Adventure day at Rendezvouz in West Yellowstone

The adventure will take place during the day on Saturday February 4. This date will be cross country skiing only, snowshoeing is not allowed on the trails.

Accessible transportation is available on a limited basis.

  • Sit-ski Adventure in Yellowstone National Park

We will travel to Yellowstone National Park on February 18. We will ski the Tower Fall trail. This is a relatively flat out and back trail that ends at a waterfall!

Accessible transportation will be available on a limited basis.

  • Ski and Snowshoe adventure day in Yellowstone National Park

We will explore the trails around Mammoth Hot Springs. We are planning on having a park ranger present to educate about Yellowstone! Skiing and snowshoeing are both welcome for this adventure.

Accessible transportation will be available on a limited basis.

  • Adventure Day with Family in Hyalite Canyon

The adventure day will be during the day on Saturday March 18. There will be cross country ski rentals available, thanks to Roundhouse Ski and Sports Center. Eagle Mount has snowshoes available.

This day will be open to Eagle Mount Participants as well as their families.

Depending on interest and availability of gear, we may break out into a morning and afternoon session.
