Eagle Mount's Adaptive Mount Biking Program is geared towards exploring new terrain and enjoying the freedom of biking. This program centers around 2 hour lessons for people of all abilities and skill levels with trails to accommodate any rider. We offer two lesson options 10am-12pm (AM) and/or 1pm-3pm (PM). Most rides will start from Eagle Mount's Bridger Bowl Hut/Crosscut with a few longer rides around the Gallatin Valley.
Essential Eligibility Criteria:
- Obey all rules/signs on trail and behave in a safe manner.
- Able to follow road directions independently or with the assistance of a partner.
- Be comfortable sustaining at least 1 hour of physical exercise.
- Able to independently operate their bicycle/hand cycle (I.e. brakes, shifting gears, etc.).
- Bring their own helmet, water, snacks and flat repair kit.

If you are unable to meet all of these criteria, we can work together to create adaptive solutions and/or alternate programming.
