  • Bridger Multi-Week Program Sign-Up Form

  • Eligibility: Eagle Mount Bozeman is committed to providing quality adaptive recreation and sport opportunities for people with disabilities and young people with cancer. Full Eligibility Guidelines are on the website. 

    There are 3 steps to becoming eligible and they can all be completed at the following link: https://eaglemount.org/forms/annual-participation-form/

    • Complete the Annual Participant Application
    • You will be prompted to sign all of the necessary annual waivers
    • You will receive an email with the Physician's Approval Form as an attachment. It will be filled in with your answers to the application questions. This must be signed by the doctor and returned to us to establish eligibility. If the Physician's Approval has been completed since 10/1/21, you do not need a new one. The updated version of this form does not expire.

  • Winter Program: There is a multi-week downhill snow sports program at Bridger Bowl for local participants. Students may choose skiing or snowboarding as well as adaptive disciplines for individuals with physical disabilities. Each student is paired with their own coach or pair of coaches for the duration of the season. They may choose to bring their own equipment or they can be provided with rentals. Lift tickets are included. Students must have their own transportation to the mountain. Some people come with their school or other group and in that case, transportation may be provided by the school and the time slot is set up in advance. 

     

    Program Dates: January 9th - March 7th

    No Program: January 18th (MLK) and February 13th-15th (President's Weekend

    FRI (AM): Belgrade High, Belgrade Middle, Emily Dickinson

    FRI (PM): Cottonwood Day School, Manhattan

     *Group Slots have been set up in advance. If your student is coming with a group, you do not need to select a timeslot. 

    Slots for Individuals will be:

    • Wednesday 1PM - 3PM
    • Saturday & Sunday 10AM-Noon, 10:30AM-12:30PM, 1PM-3PM, 1:30PM-3:30PM

    We will gather more info on rentals etc. as it gets closer, but we want to assign slots now so the schedule can be established before the season starts.

  • Family week will be Friday March 26th - Sunday March 28th! 

    Each student can sign up for a slot to come with their family members. Lessons and rentals will be available for those family members if desired. Lunch will be provided.
