Eligibility: Eagle Mount Bozeman is committed to providing quality adaptive recreation and sport opportunities for people with disabilities and young people with cancer. Full Eligibility Guidelines are on the Website. 

Steps to Register

1. Please complete Participant Application & Waivers (this must be completed each year)
2. Complete Physican Approval Form: This will be sent once application is completed. This only is required if you are new to Eagle Mount or have not completed one since October of 2021. You will receive this after you complete your application.
3. Finish this registration form to add details about the participant and interested guided dates and times.
4. Eagle Mount will send you an email confirmation (look for an email from bigsky@eaglemount.org or bwilson@eaglemount.org) to confirm guide dates and times. This will also include an invoice for the guide service.

Eagle Mount partners with Big Sky Resort to provide adaptive lessons & guide services for all ages.

Eagle Mount’s VI Guide Program: This is a great option for individuals that have a Visual Impairment, DO NOT need instruction, but need a guide to call out directions, follow you down the hill and get you on the terrain you like.  

Eagle Mount’s Adaptive Guide Program: This is a great option for individuals that are independent skiers or riders that DO NOT need instruction but would like a guide to navigate the mountain and lift load/unload support.

Program Dates 

November 29th- April 25th 

Please note: No guide services on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve (Afternoon Lesson only- we will have morning lessons), Christmas Day, New Year’s Day or Easter Sunday.  
 
Locations 

 
Mountain Village 
This is the main base area of Big Sky Resort and best if you are driving up from town or staying near the Mountain Village area (The Huntley Lodge, The Summit Hotel, Village Center, ect...) 

The Montage 
This is best for individuals that are staying in The Montage/Spanish Peaks area of the resort. 

Madison Base 
This is best for individuals staying in the Moonlight Basin area of the mountain.

Times 

Half Day  
Morning OR Afternoon Times may vary. This will be decided through a phone conversation. 

Full Day 
Morning AND Afternoon Times may vary. This will be decided through a phone conversation. 
 
Lesson Rates 

Includes a trained guide. Lift tickets are not provided for guide program

Half Day Lesson (~3 hours) $100
Full Day Lesson (~6 hours) $140

If you are renting boots and skis, Big Sky Resort Rentals offers a 50% discount on rental gear for Eagle Mount participants. Just let them know and they will adjust the cost. They are located in the building next to the Eagle Mount office. If you are skiing out of Madison Base Area, you can receive a 50% discount at Big Sky Resort Rentals-Madison Base. 

 

1. You will automatically receive a thank you page with information on  Eagle Mount office location meeting space, rental details and contact information.

2. Shortly, you will receive an email from an Eagle Mount staff member to confirm lesson dates and it will also include your invoice.
